NEGOTIATION MANAGEMENT

  • Will present strong offers through diligent and calculated negotiations.

  • Approve and accept offers (within allowed authority levels per REO Asset Manager's final Approval)

  • Transaction Management Services to monitor contingency removals, progression, and completion of the transaction.

TITLE REVIEW/CLOSING SERVICES

  • Assist Title and Escrow to coordinate Preliminary Title Report and Trust Deed of Sale for HOA purposes

  • Coordinate and facilitate any escrow closing issues

  • Review of the Settlement Statement for accuracy and approval when authorized.

REPORTING

  • Provide up to date reporting via email, fax or web

  • Inspection of property within 24 hrs, including photos

BPO SERVICES

  • Professional and accurate BPO services within 24-48hrs (Exterior & Interior BPO's and CMA's)
