The cabin has a new insulated roof to keep you at a cozy temperature no matter how cold or hot it is outside. There is a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen for your convenience and an extra dryer in the garage. Strolling distance to stores, grocery, the post office, the lake, and snow play. From April to September, there is a large Farmer's Market that can't be missed. There's even a propane and charcoal BBQ for you to use. High-speed internet (1000/1000), yard maintenance, and snow removal are included in the lease, as well as an AC unit in one bedroom.
